Sunshine Independent Living is a shared housing environment designed for independent adult women. To maintain a clean, peaceful, and respectful home, all residents are expected to follow these guidelines.
Cleanliness & Shared Spaces
Residents are responsible for keeping their personal space clean and contributing to the cleanliness of shared areas.
The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry areas must be cleaned after each use and left in good condition for others.
Quiet & Respectful Living
This is a quiet and respectful household.
Residents are expected to be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening and overnight hours, and to respect the privacy and space of others at all times.
Visitors
Visitors are allowed with prior approval only.
No overnight guests are permitted.
Only approved residents may live in the home.
Safety & Security
All residents must help maintain a safe and secure environment. Doors should remain locked at all times.
Security measures may include exterior cameras in shared areas only.
Cameras are never placed in bedrooms or bathrooms.
Prohibited Items & Behavior
Illegal substances, weapons, and any form of violence or threatening behavior are strictly prohibited.
Any activity that disrupts the safety or well-being of the household will not be tolerated.
Independent Living Requirement
This is a housing-only setting.
Residents must be able to care for themselves independently and manage their own daily needs, services, and personal responsibilities.
Payments
All payments are due as outlined in the Resident Housing Agreement.
Failure to pay on time or repeated violations of house guidelines may result in termination of residency.
